" Douro Routes"
 

Booking

Make your reservation as soon as possible; thus you can be sure to have a place in the ride you wish to participate. Bookings shall only be effective after leaving a deposit.

Book your Tour. As soon as your reservation is made, A 300 Euros per person deposit must be made through bank transfer.

Final Payment
Final payment of the "Douro Routes" is due 45 days before the Tour begins.If we do not receive a Final Payment in the above period, we assume it has been Cancelled, and the paid deposit shall not be refunded.

Cancellation/Annulment "Douro Routes" is an outdoors activity and is subject to weather conditions at the time of the Route in which case we reserve the right to cancell any activity whenever the safety of the pparticipants is at risk due to weather conditions. Some of the common problems are mud slides, falling trees, severe winds, earthquakes, floodings, fire hazards (raining is not considered a reason for cancelation). According to the above, any and all amount paid will be refunded in full. Participants who wish to cancell at the last minute will be refunded the amount only according to the following: Full revfund for those who verify safety hazards due to the above describedvweather conditions. Full refund for those who who inform us by writing 45 days prior to the event, 50% refund for those who inform us by writing 30 days prior to the event.
NOTE: All cancelations which do not conform to the above will not have the right to a refund.

Refunds
"Percursos no Douro"  is not responsible for any services paid and not used.

Responsability
Riding a bike is an adventurous sport. The practice increases all riscs. One who Takes part in "Percursos no Douro"events is fully aware of the risks of the sport. by submiting the application form, the participant aknowledges and accepts the risks of riding a bike and accepts all conditions stated on the application form. It is clear also, that, when we accept your application, we are commited to to fullfilling our obliglations according to this and all documents and information provided to you.

Photgraphs
The "Percursos no Douro" has the right to use all pictures taken during our tours in order to promote the events. The image will never be blown out to a size bigger than 25% of the original. Pictures that do not have to do with the event and explicit images will not be used.

Insurance
The participant must carry his own insurance according to the Portuguese laws to the specific activity.

Lodging
Lodging cost must be added to the "Percursos no Douro" activity costs. The "Percursos no Douro" tour prices are the same all year round, althought the ldging costs may vary according to the season and is not included on the "Percursos no Douro" tours . When your participation is confirmed you will also be directed as how to proceed with payment. You will take advantage of the best lodging prices dealt towards the "Percursos no Douro" participants.
Lodging is usually double occupancy, but in some cases the participants may share accomodations with more than two ocupants. Participants who sign up individually will be asigned a roomate of the same sex. Most events require a limited number of individual accomodation. The type of accomodation offered by "Percursos no Douro" is usually the best availaable in the region.

Taxes
Prices include all legal taxes.
